Aboriginal Housing Society

1273 3 Avenue South Lethbridge
Provide opportunities for any person of Aboriginal heritage to accessible and affordable housing from basic residential rental accommodation to home ownership opportunities. Although our mission is to provide housing opportunities to people of Aboriginal heritage, we recognize that success growth need to utilize ready and available market revenue opportunity to increase investment and create more affordable housing that will accomplish our mission. We will assist non-native people in both affordable and fair market housing as a generating source of revenue. Although donations would be accepted, it is far more preferred to access and develop partnerships with investors in property development and real estate investments to increase our inventory of homes in both the reduced and fair market value housing. Serious investors with both short and long term return expectations are invited to discuss terms, security and projections.
